Andrew Hocker

Andrew Hocker serves as the Principal Customer Success Manager at OneStream Software since October 2021, specializing in corporate performance management solutions that enhance financial processes for organizations. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Senior Technical Account Manager at BMC for nearly a year. Andrew’s extensive career at Compuware spanned over three decades, during which various roles included Account Consultant, Solution Consultant, and Manager of North American Sales Support, among others. Key accomplishments include managing teams, driving customer engagement and satisfaction, and consistently increasing revenue and consultant utilization. Andrew holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University.
