Benjamin Fain, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at OneStream Software since July 2020, where responsibilities include achieving appointment and revenue targets, nurturing relationships with prospects, and participating in strategic account development. Prior experience includes roles at Northpoint Commercial Finance as a Credit Underwriter, where analysis of credit requests and collaboration with Relationship Managers were key functions, as well as positions in inside sales that focused on customer retention and business growth across various markets. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
