Kelsey Brown, CDR, has a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Executive Recruiting at OneStream Software since October 2016. Kelsey spearheads initiatives to enhance talent acquisition processes and ensures the currency of standard operational procedures. Previous roles include Global Talent Acquisition Director and Human Resources Manager, leading HR services on a global scale. With experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Specialist, Kelsey possesses a strong foundation in recruiting, onboarding, and process development.
