Lara Sturm

Lara Sturm is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in instructional design and technical content development. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Content Development at OneStream Software since December 2021, Lara leads a team of Technical Education Consultants to create award-winning learning experiences. Previously, as an Instructional Designer at Fiserv, Lara utilized creative skills to enhance Account Processing Client Services through the development of bite-sized eLearning solutions. Lara co-founded AMRAP LLC, managing curriculum development and client experiences, and played a pivotal role in transitioning The Training Center Group's offerings to eLearning formats. Additionally, Lara held the position of Director of the eLearning Team at KC Resources, applying the ADDIE model to oversee various projects in the telecom training sector. Lara holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Montserrat College of Art and a Certificate in Business and Technical Writing from Northeastern University.
