Lauren Griffiths

Lauren Griffiths is currently the Director of People Operations at OneStream Software. Previously, Lauren held positions at Cisco as the HR Business Partner for Customer Experience and Americas Manager of Global Staffing Administration. At Google, Lauren served as the Lead of Staffing Services and Programs Specialist for Channels, focusing on candidate experience and staffing strategies. Prior to that, Lauren was an MBA Recruiter and L&D Programs manager at Lazard and Campus Recruitment Lead at Credit Suisse. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and a BA in Rhetoric and Communications from University at Albany, SUNY.
