Sean Bednarsh

Sean Bednarsh serves as the Senior Director of Finance & Accounting at OneStream Software, a role held since July 2020, where responsibilities include financial reporting, corporate accounting, technical accounting, financial systems, and investor relations. Prior to this, Sean held various positions at BorgWarner Inc. from February 2017 to July 2020, including Director of Financial Reporting & Assistant Controller and SEC Reporting Manager. Previous experience includes senior roles at TI Automotive focusing on financial reporting and accounting, as well as positions at Inteva Products, Tower International, and Grant Thornton LLP, where Sean developed expertise in SEC financial reporting, XBRL, and technical accounting. Sean's academic background includes a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, both obtained from Michigan State University.
