Jake Ritchie has a diverse background in technical roles within the engineering and service sectors. Starting as a Bench Technician at Equalizer International Limited from October 2014 to April 2018, Jake progressed to become a Pump Technician at ICR until June 2019. Subsequently, Jake served as a Hydraulic Service Technician at Johnson Controls from June 2019 to March 2022, followed by a role as Offshore Technician at Ashtead Technology until May 2024.
