Alana Pendleton

Alana Pendleton is a Principal UX Designer at OneTrust, where they lead the UX design for the product platform, enhancing user experiences across a complex ecosystem. Prior to this, Alana served as Assistant Director and UX Lead at EY, managing employee experience initiatives and driving improvements in satisfaction through data-driven insights. Alana also held the position of Director of User Experience at Pursuant Health, where they prioritized inclusive design and compliance while leveraging research to inform design decisions. Their career began with a graphic design role at Fineline Technologies, solidifying their foundation in creating compelling visual materials. Alana holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech.
