Bruce Spratt

Bruce Spratt is an experienced professional with a strong background in support operations and technical implementation. Currently serving as the Support Programs & Strategy Manager at OneTrust since September 2019, Bruce has established a robust Support Operations Function and improved technical hiring processes. Previous roles include Technical Services Lead at OneTrust, where Bruce optimized implementation workflows and led a team to enhance customer support capabilities. Bruce has also held positions at Adverity, HighQ, Resource Solutions Group, Randstad Technologies, and Konetic, where responsibilities encompassed implementation, project management, client support, and business analysis.
