Edwin Lim

Edwin Lim is a Principal UX Designer at OneTrust, a position held since November 2022, where focus is on enhancing usability for high-growth organizations, thereby streamlining risk assessment and compliance management. Previously, as a Senior UX Designer at Tugboat Logic, Lim simplified cybersecurity and compliance for small and medium-sized businesses through behavior-informed designs before its acquisition by OneTrust. Experience at H&R Block as a UX Designer and UX Manager included data-driven design solutions for online tax services, culminating in a nominated innovation award. A Senior UX/UI Designer at Shaw Communications, Lim contributed to a significant increase in e-commerce orders and content engagement through strategic design. Early career experience includes working at Critical Mass, designing immersive digital experiences for major brands. Lim holds an MFA in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts and a Bachelor of Design from the Alberta University of the Arts.
