Hemanth Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Operations and Head of India Operations at OneTrust since January 2017, Hemanth's previous roles include Talent Acquisition and HR at VMware, Senior Manager of Human Resources and Operations at AirWatch by VMware, and various HR management positions at Artech Information Systems and Allegis Services India. Hemanth's career began in branch management at Microtrol Sterilization Services and Personal and Administration, demonstrating a solid foundation in operational leadership. Hemanth holds an MSc in Psychology from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), a PGHRM in Human Resource Management from Karnataka State Open University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Bangalore University.
