Jennifer Schmidt, PhD, serves as the Senior Director of Global Training at OneTrust, where leadership of a global team of expert technical trainers and instructional designers focuses on enhancing learning experiences through data-driven decisions, hands-on labs, and high accessibility standards. With experience managing virtual training at Cardinal Health and leading instructional design at QPharma, Jennifer has developed extensive expertise in creating innovative virtual learning environments and has issued over 30,000 certifications annually. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Adult Education Global Training and Development from Northcentral University, an MBA in Business Administration from Kaplan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University.
