Joe Mitchell has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Joe currently works at OneTrust as the Regional Lead for Customer Success since September 2023. Prior to that, Joe held the role of VP of Customer Value at Celonis from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the RVP of Customer Success at MuleSoft. Before that, Joe served as the Executive Director of IT Strategy at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2017, and as the Executive Director of Operations Strategy at Morgan Stanley from 2014 to 2017. Joe also held the position of VP of Strategy & Process Improvement at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2013 to 2014. Joe'searlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Booz & Company. from 2006 to 2013, as a Senior Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) from 2001 to 2006, and as an IT Specialist at Sage in 2000.

Joe Mitchell has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Tech from Bentley University. Joe also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. In addition, they have a Project Management Certification from Georgetown University.
