John Kraft

John Kraft is currently the Senior Director of Employee Communications at OneTrust, overseeing Employee and Executive Communications along with Brand, PR, Creative Services, and Customer Advocacy teams since June 2023. Previously, John held positions including Director of Internal Communications at Stripe and Head of Employee Communications at Autodesk, where leadership involved informing and engaging employees on a global scale. With extensive experience at Autodesk in various roles related to employee and executive communications, John led strategies for sales enablement and internal messaging. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Sp3d and Primary Interactive, and management of global risk communications at Apple. John began a career at FM Global, focusing on strategic communications in engineering and loss control. John holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Marine Engineering from California State University Maritime Academy.
