Kristina Wall

Kristina Wall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience research and content strategy, currently serving as Manager of UX Research & Content Strategy at OneTrust since August 2022. In addition to this role, Kristina is the founder and consultant at Kristina Wall experience research + design, focusing on audience/user research and designing community-informed digital experiences for clients such as GallupARTS and the Denver Art Museum. Prior to OneTrust, Kristina held the position of User Experience Researcher at Convercent by OneTrust and spent over a decade at the Denver Art Museum, where responsibilities included overseeing teams in program design, establishing an Audience Insights group, and developing strategic community engagement initiatives. With a BA in Psychology, Education, and English from Duke University and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver, Kristina Wall combines educational expertise with a strong background in research-driven design.
