Leland Matthaeus

Leland Matthaeus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership and alliance strategies, currently serving as the Director of VAR & MSP Partner Programs at OneTrust since September 2023. Prior to this role, Leland spent nearly a decade at Spur Reply, where leadership included the Head of Partnerships & Alliances, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, as well as roles focused on technology and innovation strategy. Leland's consultancy background includes serving as a Partner at Matthaeus Partners Inc., specializing in go-to-market strategies and ecosystem development. Leland holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Psychology from Whitman College, earned between 2009 and 2013, complemented by a high school diploma from Sammamish High School.
