Michael Russell

Michael Russell is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in project and account management roles within leading organizations. At OneTrust since January 2020, Michael oversees complex customer initiatives across various product clouds and drives strategic value through engagement with stakeholders. Prior roles include managing implementation projects and providing customer support in high-stakes environments. Prior to OneTrust, Michael worked at athenahealth, where responsibilities included onboarding and mentoring while enhancing client workflows. Earlier experience includes positions at QSI | NextGen Healthcare focusing on system analysis, as well as legal support roles at Foy & Associates and the City of Roswell, Georgia. Michael holds a degree from The University of Alabama, earned in 2011.
