Parth Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and project management across various industries including technology and finance. Currently serving as Principal of Customer Success at OneTrust since October 2024, Parth previously held the role of Account Director at Rubicon Carbon, where a significant pipeline of new enterprise clients was developed. Prior to this, Parth was the Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Genesis Global, achieving 100% customer retention, and served as Customer Success Director for BFSI at UiPath, facilitating substantial upsell growth and high customer satisfaction.
