Rowley Luo, CPA, possesses extensive experience in finance and strategic analysis across multiple organizations. Currently in finance at OneTrust since July 2025, Rowley previously contributed at Replicant as a Strategic Finance lead, where notable achievements included managing financial initiatives that resulted in over 225% ARR growth. Prior to Replicant, Rowley served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Rogers Communications, focusing on financial modeling and ownership of lifetime value analysis across brands and channels. Rowley's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities included leading audit engagements and executing complex financial analyses in the asset and wealth management sector. Rowley holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University as part of an International Exchange Program.
