Seth Rikard

Seth Rikard has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Morning Show Co-Producer at CITADEL BROADCASTING CO in 2007 to their most recent position as a Customer Success Team Lead at OneTrust since 2021. In between, they have held roles such as a Producer, Board Operator and Fill-In Talent at Cox Communications, a Field Communication Specialist at Operation Mobilization, and a Manager of Operations at Thrive Weight Loss, LLC. Seth'slongest tenure was at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company where they worked as a Senior Solutions Specialist from 2013 to 2019. Throughout their career, Seth has demonstrated their skills in customer success, consulting, operations management, and communication.

Seth Rikard obtained an Associate of Science degree with a concentration in Business from Young Harris College in 2006. Seth then completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and International Relations and Affairs at The University of Georgia from 2006 to 2009. In 2011 and 2012, Seth pursued a Post-Grad CTPS degree in Theological Studies at the University of Oxford. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications, including GRC Audit and GRC Professional from OCEG, Fellow of Information Privacy, Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe from IAPP, and an IBM Data Science Certificate from IBM.
