Tom Duke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and application support. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Support at OneTrust since December 2019, Tom has held various roles including Application Support Team Lead and Application Support Engineer. Prior to this, Tom worked at Handelsbanken from June 2011 to December 2019, where responsibilities included Project & Branch Support, Customer Data & Risk, System Queries for the UK, and multiple positions in Account Manager Support.
