Jen Fowler

Jen Fowler has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jen currently works at OneView Commerce as an Agile Manager, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Flight Centre Travel Group as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master, where they successfully transitioned a team to Agile and Scrum practices, resulting in a reduction in defects and cycle time.

Before their role at Flight Centre, Jen was a Project Manager at WSOL, where they managed the scope, development, and delivery of web projects and implemented better estimating practices to improve profitability. Jen also worked at Extegrity, Inc as a Contract Web Application Developer.

Jen's early career includes roles as a Web Application Developer at ReachFarther, where they led the team in creating the company's first white-label product, and as a Web Developer at CheckFree Corporation, where they took on various roles, including business analyst and Java developer for their associate and client portal product.

Jen started their career at Famous Restaurants, where they held multiple roles including Marketing Assistant, Payroll Clerk, and Accounts Payable Clerk. Throughout their career, Jen has demonstrated strong project management, leadership, and technical skills.

Jen Fowler attended the College of DuPage from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued studies in Computer Science. Jen did not obtain a degree from this institution during that time. In addition to their formal education, Jen obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in January 2019.
