At OneWell, we serve values-driven institutions and families who view capital as a means to achieve meaningful outcomes.

We are a registered investment advisor offering institutional-quality investment and advisory solutions to endowments, foundations, and ultra-high-net-worth families. Our firm is built around one goal: to help our clients build enduring financial strength in service of a greater purpose.

Who We Serve
We work with mission-aligned institutions—including endowments, foundations, schools, and community organizations—as well as private clients and family offices. Our platform supports their long-term goals with flexibility, integrity, and excellence.

Our Services
We offer Outsourced CIO (OCIO) services and customized investment strategies across public and private markets. Our offerings include direct indexing, private equity, real estate, and values-aligned strategies. We pair investment management with deep advisory support in governance, spending, and planning.

What Sets Us Apart
Our team brings experience from Morgan Stanley, Cambridge Associates, Princeton University’s endowment, GE Capital, Fidelity, Advent International, and more.

We exist to elevate what is possible. Together, with our clients, we build legacies that endure.
