Colin Arnott is a global leader in Organisational Resilience and Crisis Management, currently serving as the Head of Group Business Resilience at Qantas, where they oversee emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity for the airline. They are also an active Taskforce Member on the Emergency Response Planning Taskforce with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Chairperson of the Business Resilience Best Practice Team for oneworld Alliance. Colin has held significant positions at various airlines, including Executive Manager of Safety, Security, Quality & Compliance at Qantas and Chief Pilot at Tasair.
