Marissa Anwar

Marissa Anwar, formerly known as Robbins, has extensive experience in event planning and coordination, currently serving as part of the MPS Meeting Planning Services team at McKinsey & Company since February 2016. Additionally, Anwar has worked with oneworld Alliance since 2011 as a Meeting & Event Planner and Travel Coordinator, where responsibilities included leading high-profile PR events attended by CEOs, managing executive-level meetings globally, negotiating contracts, and overseeing budgets. Previous roles included Technical Recruiter at Continuity Partners, Assistant to the VP & Designer at NY Fashion Connect, and Senior Engagement Coordinator at Hillel, along with a brief position as a Trade Show Facilitator. Anwar earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Catawba College in 2006.
