Benjamin Leclercq has over 15 years of experience in data-driven roles within the consumer credit sector. They began their career at Finaref as a Chargé d'études statistiques from 2005 to 2009, where they developed credit decision systems and enhanced fraud detection processes. Benjamin then served as Responsable Département Data Risque at Oney Banque Accord from 2009 to 2012, focusing on credit risk analysis and strategy optimization. Currently, Benjamin is the Responsable Département Marketing Projet at Oney, overseeing project governance and the deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while also leading data marketing initiatives. They hold a degree in Computer Engineering and Statistics from Polytech'Lille.
