Sandra Bonduel is a dedicated professional with over twenty years of experience in customer relations, mastering the entire customer interaction chain from design to management in complex, international environments. They have held key roles at renowned companies, including Modis and Conduent, where they optimized performance and satisfaction across various client accounts. Currently, at Oney, Sandra serves as the Responsable Département within the Direction de la Relation Client, managing a team of 60 and focusing on the needs of both physical and web-based clients.
