ONEYOGAHOUSE is a community of shape creators, energy expanders, and movement manifestors with yoga studios in the heart of Brooklyn and pop ups in Montauk. It is an uplifting space made for you to ground, transform, energize, and awaken your yoga practice every day.

Inspired by community, connection, and the benefits of yoga and meditation practices, ONEYOGAHOUSE is yoga teacher and entrepreneur Anna Haddad’s latest venture.

Staffed by some of New York’s best teachers, safety and longevity are a top priority at ONEYOGAHOUSE. Expect an accessible, intelligent, and growth-oriented experience.

We believe in the powerful synchronicity of a community coming together to create one collective consciousness. We believe in using breath to manifest movement. We believe it’s important to take an hour for yourself.
