Colleen Young

Colleen Young is a Proposal Manager at OneZero Solutions since February 2024, with extensive experience in proposal management from a previous role at VectorCSP from September 2009 to February 2024. At VectorCSP, Colleen fulfilled various roles including Proposal Manager, Proposal Lead, Business Development Support Specialist, and Technical Writer/Analyst, coordinating the proposal process, supporting business development efforts, and developing documentation for the LTPIO project. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, completed in 2009.
