Michael Kerschbaumer

Michael Kerschbaumer has a long and varied work experience. Michael started their career at Marriott International in 1996, where they held the roles of Dual Property General Manager Tbilisi Marriott Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott Tbilisi, General Manager, and Director of Food & Beverage. In 2017, they founded and became the Managing Director of STS Hospitality Group. In 2018, they became an Eligible Advisor Small Businesses at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, a Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), and a Hospitality Industry Market Expert at OnFrontiers (Techstars NYC '16). In 2019, they became the Managing Director of Mobilis Georgia and Vice President of GBTA | Georgian Business Tourism Association. In 2020, they founded STS Hospitality Armenia, became a Certified Business Coach, Life Coach, and Trainer at MK Training Coaching a member of STS Hospitality Group, and a Lecturer at STGA Sairme Tourism and Gastronomy Academy.
