Morgan J. began their professional career in 2015 as a Graduate Intern at World Vision, where they worked in the Advocacy and Justice for Children department. In 2016, they transitioned to a Graduate Consultant role at UN REACH, where they worked in Policy Analysis. Finally, in 2017, Morgan J. joined OnFrontiers as a Customer Champion, where they worked on an on-demand expertise platform bringing automation to the knowledge economy.

Morgan J. received a Master's degree in Public Administration from Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) in 2017, after starting the program in 2015.
