Morgan Johnson has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2009, they were an Intern for the Slum Empowerment Program at Come Let's Dance, where they developed Thread of Life job training to teach women skills in sewing and crafts, expanded the micro-lending program within the Katanga slum community, and created and implemented a business plan for program sustainability. In 2010, they were promoted to the role of Director of Slum Empowerment Programs and American Educational Trips at Come Let's Dance, where they hired, trained, and mentored the new Ugandan Program Director, developed products, and expanded local and international markets for the Thread of Life business. In 2015, they held a Graduate Intern role at World Vision, where they were responsible for Advocacy and Justice for Children. In 2016, they were a Graduate Consultant for Policy Analysis at UN REACH. Finally, since 2017, they have been the Director of Sales, Federal at OnFrontiers, where they support Business Development and Capture teams with federal contractors of all sizes to accelerate their growth goals.

Morgan Johnson obtained a Master's Degree in MPA- Development Practice from Columbia | SIPA between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General and Economics Minor from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2008 and 2010.
