Fredrik then had internships and consulting roles at Amerden, Inc, and Bekk Consulting AS, where they gained experience in software development, working with technologies like C#, C++, and .NET. Fredrik also worked as a Software Developer at Finanstilsynet (FSA Norway).

In 2015, Fredrik joined Ongoing Warehouse AB, initially as a Customer Responsible Software Engineer, where they helped customers improve their logistic chains by understanding their requirements and adapting the ASP.NET-based software services. Later, they became the Marketing and Sales Director, contributing to the company's growth and development of the strategy. Fredrik now serves as the CEO of Ongoing Warehouse AB, leading the company's efforts to make logistics, warehousing, and 3PL more transparent, standardized, and cost-effective.

While at Ongoing Warehouse AB, Fredrik also served as the Chairman of the Board for the Tenant owners' association Björcksgatan 1937 in Gothenburg. Fredrik led the board's work in the largest housing association in Kålltorp, implementing efficiency improvements and cost savings that resulted in lower fees for the association.

Fredrik Einarsson began their education in 2010 at Chalmers University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering. In 2013, Fredrik Einarsson briefly attended Uppsala University, where they studied Business Administration for one year without obtaining a specific degree.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Fredrik Einarsson has acquired several certifications.
