Chhavi Arora

Chhavi Arora has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and previously as Sr. HR Generalist at OnGraph Technologies Limited since March 2016. In this role, Chhavi focuses on enhancing HR practices and managing recruitment processes in alignment with departmental needs. Prior to this position, Chhavi was an HR Generalist at Knowledge Momentum from June 2013 to March 2016, where responsibilities included onboarding, document verification, and conducting inductions for new employees. Chhavi holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR & Marketing from Banasthali Vidyapith, Jaipur campus (2012-2013), and a 12th-grade degree in Management from Meerut Public Girls School.
