Grace Elnaugh has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2017, they worked at Journalism.co.uk as an Account Manager, responsible for the training and freelance directory portfolios. Grace also served as a Media Researcher, assisting with day-to-day tasks and developing marketing skills. In 2019, Grace took time off to travel to Vietnam, Japan, and Bali. Grace then joined onHand • the impact app in 2019 as a Marketing and Community Manager, engaging customers and volunteers through social media and organizing events. Grace later became the Customer Experience Manager, overseeing the app's daily operations and troubleshooting. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success, leading the customer success team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Grace Elnaugh began their education by completing their GCSE at The Park Community School from 2007 to 2011. Grace then went on to pursue their A Level at Petroc College from 2011 to 2013. Following this, Grace attended the University of the West of England, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Public Relations from 2013 to 2016.
