Daniel Barnes

Daniel Barnes is a versatile writer and narrative designer with extensive experience in both video games and comic books. Currently, Daniel works at ArenaNet LLC as a Writer/Narrative Designer for Guild Wars 2, contributing to projects such as "Secrets of the Obscure" (2023) and "Janthir Wilds" (2024). Additionally, Daniel writes for IDW Publishing's Sonic the Hedgehog comic series, including notable works like "Sonic the Hedgehog Annual 2022" and "Sonic's 900th Adventure." Daniel’s background also includes comic writing for Oni Press and a prior role at ArenaNet LLC for the expansion "End of Dragons" (2022).
