Jonathan Bramble

Jonathan Bramble is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in optical and material sciences. Currently a Senior Development Scientist at ONI since September 2018, Jonathan has also held roles as an Optical Research and Development Scientist and a Research Associate at the University of British Columbia Pharmaceutical Sciences. Previous experience includes positions as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at The University of Nottingham and a Post Doctoral Research Assistant at the University of Sheffield, where Jonathan focused on the synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles, as well as at the University of Leeds. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the University of Leeds and a Master of Physics (MPhys) from the University of Bath. Key research interests include imaging domain formation in supported lipid bilayers, synthesis and characterization of metallic nanoparticles, and development of novel SPR systems.
