Raphael Jorand

Raphael Jorand is a Customer Success and Experience Manager at ONI, where responsibilities include establishing the Customer Success team and enhancing support quality and user productivity through automated tools and quality processes. Jorand also contributes to sales and collaborates with R&D and project development teams. Previous positions held include Senior Applications and Sales Manager and Senior Applications Scientist, focusing on the growth of start-ups through various company aspects. Raphael's early career includes work as a Postdoctoral Researcher at City of Hope, studying GPCR organization using Super-Resolution Microscopy, and as a PhD student at ITAV, where development of a Light Sheet Microscope was a key project. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Engineering in Imaging Facility, a Maitrise in Immunology, Microbiology, Virology, and a License in Biomedical Sciences from Université Paris Cité.
