Simon Leathers

Simon Leathers has a diverse work experience in the corporate finance industry. Simon has held roles such as Finance Director at ONI, a biotech company specializing in super-resolution microscopy. Prior to that, they were a Non Executive Director at Fiinu Plc, a fintech group. Simon also served as Chief Financial Officer at Conversity, a company that provides personalized customer journey solutions. Simon has also held various directorial positions in corporate finance at companies such as Mantle Corporate Finance, Shard Capital Partners LLP, and BDO UK LLP. Simon started their career at Fox-Davies Capital and Daniel Stewart & Company, where they focused on raising equity finance for natural resources companies.

Simon Leathers earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with Honors in Manufacturing Engineering & Management from the University of Nottingham, where they attended from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Bradfield College from 1987 to 1992 but did not receive a degree or specific field of study from there. Simon also holds additional certifications, including becoming a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) obtained from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in March 2013, and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) obtained in April 2011.
