Ashraf Nabil

Ashraf Nabil has over 11 years of work experience in various technical roles. Ashraf is currently working as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Onica by Rackspace Technology since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Cloud Operations Engineer at Aclate from May 2020 to April 2021. Ashraf also served as a Technical Support Architect at Aurea Software from November 2018 to March 2020. Before that, they worked at Dell EMC as a Senior Advisor, Enterprise technical services from April 2011 to November 2018. Ashraf began their career as a Systems Administrator at GiroNil from May 2010 to March 2011.

Ashraf Nabil's education history begins with their enrollment at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) in 2009, where they obtained a diploma in UNIX Administration by the end of 2010. Prior to that, they attended El Shorouk Academy from 2004 to 2008 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Ashraf Nabil has obtained various certifications. Ashraf became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect in December 2021 and later received certifications as an AWS Certified Developer in September 2022 and an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator in May 2023, all from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthermore, they obtained a HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification in September 2022.

Outside of AWS-related certifications, Ashraf Nabil has pursued certifications from EMC (now owned by Dell EMC) including Implementation Engineer, Network Attached Storage (NAS) Expert Version 5.0 (EMCIEe), Implementation Engineer, Network Attached Storage (NAS) Specialist Version 5.0 (EMCIE), Information Storage Associate (EMCISA), Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt Certificate, Specialist, Systems Administrator | VNX Solutions, Storage Administrator, Network Attached Storage (NAS) Specialist Version 5.0 (EMCSA), and VNX Specialist for Platform Engineers.
