Mina Shafik has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mina began their career as a Software Engineer at Innuva in August 2011, where they worked until January 2012. Following this, they joined the Egyptian Armed Forces as an ICDL Instructor from January 2012 to March 2013. After that, they joined Global Impact as a Senior Software Engineer in March 2013 and worked there until July 2017. In 2013, they also started working as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Egypt, and continues in that role. From July 2017 to March 2019, they worked as a Cloud Engineer at Onica, and in March 2019, they were promoted to Lead Cloud Engineer at the same company. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Solutions Architect at Onica, starting in March 2020.
Mina Shafik completed their high school education at Morcosia Language School from 1995 to 2004, focusing on mathematics. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Alexandria University, studying from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, in November 2018, Mina obtained the AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate certification, but the institution granting the certification is unknown.
