Sajir Ali

Sajir Ali's work experience starts in 2007 as a Trainee Engineer at ADN Telecom Limited. Sajir then worked as a Senior Officer in Marketing & Sales at Rahimafrooz Renewable Energy Ltd. Following that, they worked as an Engineer BSS & Transmission Projects at Airtel Bangladesh. In 2010, they joined Concordia University as a Research Assistant and later as a Service Desk Professional in the Academic IT Services department. In 2013, they started their role as an ICT Professional at Ericsson, where they worked as a Solution Architect, consolidating test beds and preparing development environments. Currently, Sajir Ali is a Lead / Sr. Cloud Architect at Onica by Rackspace Technology, where they have been working since 2018.

Sajir Ali completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1999-2000, they obtained their S.S.C. degree in the Science Faculty from Comilla Cadet College. Sajir then pursued further studies at the same institution and received their H.S.C. degree in the Science Faculty in 2001-2002. Following that, from 2003 to 2006, Sajir attended the Islamic University of Technology and graduated with a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Later, they enrolled at Concordia University in 2009 and completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Sajir has also obtained various certifications. In 2015, they became an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer. In 2018, they acquired certifications as an AWS Business Professional and AWS Technical Professional from Amazon Web Services. In the same year, they further expanded their AWS credentials by obtaining certifications as an AWS Certified Developer - Associate (DVA) and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA). Lastly, in 2019, Sajir earned the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification from CNCF [Cloud Native Computing Foundation] and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) certification from Amazon Web Services.
