Brian Staal

Brian Staal is currently the Production Engineering Manager at Develco Products, where they lead the production engineering department and focus on enhancing first pass yield and implementing various production initiatives. Previously, they served as Production Manager at BB Electronics A/S and held significant roles at ETK EMS Skanderborg, HWAM A/S, and Martin Professional A/S, where they gained extensive experience in project management, technology implementation, and production oversight. Brian's expertise in optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing cost-reduction strategies has been recognized, including receiving an award from Dansk Industri in 2016.
