Trista Yang

Trista Yang is a seasoned professional in payroll and benefits administration, currently holding the position of Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator at Onit since August 2021. In this role, Trista oversees payroll and benefits strategy, policy design, compliance initiatives, and system improvements while managing multi-country payroll operations and serving as a subject matter expert for employees and leadership. Prior to Onit, Trista served as an HR Administrator focused on payroll and benefits at Seadrill from August 2018 to August 2021 and held positions as an HR Generalist and Executive Assistant at Foxconn from January 2012 to August 2018. Trista holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University.
