Eric Spett

Eric Spett has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on litigation. Eric worked at Ocwen Financial Corporation as a Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel-Head of Litigation, where they led a large team and directed all litigation matters. Prior to that, they were a Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Litigation at Homeward Residential, where they managed the company's litigation department and handled critical enterprise litigation. Eric also served as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel-Head of Litigation at Homeward Residential, where they built and led the litigation department. Eric Spett has also worked as a Senior Counsel at Bank of America and as an Attorney at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. Eric began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Eric Spett attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Following this, they pursued their legal education at the University of Miami School of Law from 1994 to 1997, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree with honors (cum laude).
