Mikhail Rybakov

Mikhail Rybakov has a diverse work experience in logistics and project management. Mikhail started their career in 2013 as a Customs Clearance Specialist Assistant at TNT Express. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Intern in the Logistics Department in Bosch, focusing on project management. In 2015, Mikhail joined Calzedonia Group as a Senior Logistics Specialist. During their time there, they led a project for a new Local Distribution Center and reorganized distribution flow, resulting in significant transportation savings. Mikhail also managed logistics costs, reengineered business processes, and handled budgeting. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Head of Logistics (Russia & EEU) at Calzedonia Group.

Mikhail Rybakov pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical Institute (State Technical University) (MADI) where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Organization of Transportation and Transport Management.

Following this, Mikhail went on to enroll at the Higher School of Economics from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Strategic Management in Logistics.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mikhail Rybakov obtained additional certifications. In January 2016, they earned a Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma certification from Lean Six Sigma University. Subsequently, in July 2023, they attained a certification in Project management from the International Management Institute in Saint Petersburg.
