Anil Kumar

Anil Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and AI engineering, serving as the VP and Head of Data & AI Engineering at Verizon since May 2005. Anil has successfully led a global team of over 400 experts in delivering AI/ML solutions that have generated over $1 billion in value across various business units, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Previous roles at Verizon include Executive Director positions in AI Industrialization and Innovation & BigData AI/ML, where Anil focused on modernizing HR technology and enhancing e-commerce platforms. Anil's career began at Eclipse Networks, where roles included Senior Developer/Architect. Anil holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from Guru Jambheshwar University and an MS in Physics from Maharshi Dayanand University.
