Dany Lan

Dany Lan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2006, they worked at Integrys Ltd as an Inside Sales Engineer, where they analyzed and provided RFQs based on customer specifications and needs. Dany also interfaced with the engineering team and OEMs to address engineering and administrative requirements, and handled the RMA program.

In 2007, Dany joined TELUS as a Data and Network Analyst III. Their responsibilities included managing ticket volume from DNA nationally, assigning Tier II as necessary, and providing timely feedback to frontline DNA agents on ticket quality.
