Iris Ginzburg is an experienced innovation and research partnerships leader with over 20 years in various roles, including being a former IBM Global Innovation Executive and the founder of multiple organizations. They served as the Director and Board Member of the Israel Association of Community Centers from 2018 to 2021 and as the CEO and Co-founder of ContX from 2000 to 2003, where they drove business strategy and partnerships. Currently, Iris leads Ginzburg Group Ltd., focusing on innovation management and career guidance, and serves as the Founder and CEO of Turtle, My Career Mentor. They hold a Ph.D. in Physics from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
