Jay Childs

Vice President of Corporate Infrastructure and Emerging Technologies at Online Development

Jay Childs has a long history of working in the IT industry. In 2000, they began working as a Network Engineer at CLC IT Solutions, where they provided professional network engineering and administration services to clients. In 2001, they moved to Online Development as Vice President of Corporate Infrastructure and Emerging Technologies. In this role, they were responsible for agile deployment of direct-to-cloud technologies, Cisco IOS expertise, XML integration, product conceptualization, and leveraging cloud compute instances. In 2016, they took on the role of President at Kuma Systems, where they specialize in virtualization, true cloud-based computing and backup, innovative telecommunications solutions, network design, infrastructure modernization, and application integration.

Jay Childs obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1993, followed by a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University in 1995.
